We ask to see pictures of any RV older than 10 years old. Pictures can be emailed to [email protected] or text (469) 400-0639

No pets are allowed inside any of the park buildings or in the park's common areas during use by other tenants or during park event.

Very fast WIFI internet is available to all guests without charge.

Check in time is 1:00 pm & Check out is Noon.

Packages are delivered to our mail room for pickup.

We request that guests give 7 days notice before their departure for stays less than a month. Any extra days paid for past the 7 days can be refunded upon notice of departure. For stays longer than one month we do not prorate or refund fees and let us know 30 days in advance before your leave. Carefully read our Cancellation Policy in the Terms & Conditions.

Each site has at least 2 parking spots for vehicles. All sites are at least 50 ft long, and may be able to accommodate more than 2 vehicles depending on the size of the guest’s RV. Guests may not park in neighboring sites or parking spaces. Dedicated parking spots are at the entrance of the park.

Sites come with storage units. Storage units are available to residents staying for over a month. The storage units are 8’ by 10 in size.

Quiet hours are from 9pm to 7am.

Fannin Meadows does not have any pull through sites. Guests will be subject to pay for any damages to grass and equipment caused by pulling through a site.
